Wils-Away™ 520 Electric Tube Cleaner

Wils-Away™ 520 Electric Tube Cleaner: Heavy-Duty Cleaning for 3.75″ to 1.5″ OD Tubes When soot and scale build up inside heat exchanger tubes, efficiency drops and energy costs rise. The Wils-Away™ 520 gives maintenance crews a safe way to clear light & medium soft deposits to keep systems running well. Why Crews Choose the WAW 520 It's built to last. Each shaft has steel inner construction, a brazed fitting, and a nylon outer casing, so it holds up to repeated, heavy-duty cleaning jobs. Every kit also includes a spare safety shaft coupling, so you can keep working with less downtime. It's designed with safety in mind. The WAW 520 uses air switches instead of electrical controls at the operator's feet. A single press of the air pedal starts or stops the unit, which leaves both hands free to guide the shaft. It works wet or dry, in straight or curved tubes. You can run it with water flushing or completely dry, and the flexible shaft follows curved tube runs as well as straight ones. It's portable. At 35 lbs with a toolbox-style closure, the drive unit is easy to carry from one unit to the next.
