Conteh Sports Protein Elite 66 Servings

Protein Elite is the pouch in Conteh’s protein line-up, built on a three-source complex of whey protein concentrate, milk protein and egg albumen rather than whey alone. Each 30g scoop delivers 21g of protein at 108kcal, with 66 servings in every 2kg pouch. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Mix one level scoop with 200 to 250ml of water as a shake, or take the label’s other suggestion and mix it with just 35 to 50ml into a thick whey drip for oats or cream of rice.
