Accurate Tuning Across a Wide Range With a C1–C8 detection range and measurement precision within ±1 cent, the TM-1 supports accurate tuning across a broad range of wind and string instruments. Adjust the reference pitch from A4 = 438–450 Hz in 1 Hz steps, or use Sound Out to hear reference tones across one octave from C4 to C5. Keep the Beat in Sight The metronome uses moving dots across the display to make the beat easy to follow at a glance. Set tempos from 30–252 BPM in single-step increments or use Tap Tempo to quickly match the pace you need. Tune Clearly in Noisy Environments Connect the optional CM-400 Contact Microphone through the TM-1's 3.5 mm input to send your instrument's vibrations directly to the tuner. This provides reliable pitch detection when surrounding sound makes tuning with the built-in microphone more difficult.
