Almost all wall types. On concrete and brick walls, use the supplied wall plugs; on timber walls, screws alone are enough; on drywall, use special drywall anchors. Installation on glass is not possible. How do I prevent my picture from tilting forward? Shorten the hanging wire or move the hanging point higher — in most cases the hanging point is simply too low. Can I paint the U-rail to match my ceiling? No. Paint would build up inside the track and stop cables and hooks from sliding smoothly. Can I use nylon cord with the U-rail? No — the U-rail only works with stainless steel cable, supporting up to 30 kg. What if my wall is 2 meters wide? Use two 1.5 m rails to cover 3 m, then cut one rail down to fit your 2 m wall. Join the rails end to end with connectors (sold separately) for one continuous track.
