This menu offers shared starters including Caesar salad with chicken, Manchego cheese, bacon, dried tomato, quail’s egg, Caesar dressing, and croutons; crispy eggplant with flower honey and lime twist; and organic eggs with potatoes and Iberian ham. Main courses include grilled salmon with seasonal vegetables or 250g ribeye with roasted potato, roasted tomato, and padrón peppers. Desserts are homemade American cheesecake or citrus sorbet. Includes bread and one drink per person.
