• A late fee of $15 applies for being 30 minutes late, with cancellations after that.
• A 25% deposit is required for services over $100, with deposits being non-refundable.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full with cash.
• Hair must be brought in 2-3 days prior for custom color services or wig making.
• 100% unprocessed virgin hair can be purchased at an additional cost.
