This wine is made from Tocai Fruliano, Rebula, and Malvazija grapes in Goriska Brda, Slovenia. It has honey and umami notes, an earthy and savory flavor, and a very dark amber color. It undergoes 6 months of skin maceration and 3 years in large old oak barrels. The wine is vegan and contains no added sulfur.
