Crafted from 85% century-old Bruce Rock rye and aged for over six years in Perth’s Mediterranean climate, it pours a deep dark amber – rich, inviting, and unmistakably Whipper Snapper. On the nose, warming clove spice and earthy tobacco leaf lead into layers of caramel sweetness. The palate opens with raisins and dried fruits, rolling into rich caramel and bright orange marmalade, balanced by subtle spice and depth.
