2024 East Six Pinot Gris

The “East Six” block of our Creekside Estate Vineyard is a newer planting on our Estate vineyard that is really coming into its own and expressing itself beautifully. This was hand-picked and whole bunch pressed for delicate extraction. Made in a richer style, most of it fermented and aged in older French oak barrels (one new) and some in stainless steel. The fermentation was stopped early to leave a bit of residual sugar for balance and authenticity to the Alsatian style of Pinot Gris.
