2024 Domaine Tour Campanets Rouge AOP

Description Specs Emmanuelle crafted this Provence Rouge from estate grown Counoise (45%) and Syrah (55%) from 32-year-old vines. The sloped vineyards face the north with clay and limestone soils. The fruity aromas of the wine are preserved through direct pressing and temperature-controlled maceration. Fermentation and traditional vinification are completed in temperature controlled concrete vats. This Rouge shows translucent red hues in the glass, aromas of cherry, red currant and black pepper, and delivers notes black cherry, red currants, and raspberry on the finish with hints of spice. Best enjoyed served at 65°F in a large bowl glass. Pair with BBQ chicken, pizza, and pasta marinara.
