This postpartum program is designed for all mothers, regardless of when they gave birth, to help recover at their own pace in the comfort of home or a gym.
- The program includes three phases of exercises over six weeks each for rehabilitating abdominal muscles.
- It also includes three phases of exercises over four weeks each for regaining strength, stability, and shape after childbirth.
- All exercises are recorded and explained in Serbian.
