Carlo Pellegrino Rinazzo - Syrah - Sicilië

This wine comes from the Rinazza Syrah vineyards in a desert-like environment with large day-night temperature differences. The grapes are harvested in late August/early September and undergo fermentation under strict temperature control. The wine ages for 12 months in RVS tanks and another 12 months in oak barrels.
