The 2022 release of Suntory’s Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2022 Edition is a limited expression bringing together both malt and grain whiskies, matured in casks made from sakura wood. The aroma reveals delicate floral notes of rose and lychee, alongside hints of rosemary, sandalwood and well aged oak. On the palate, it unfolds with soft sweetness, featuring honey, candied orange peel and creamy white chocolate, all balanced by the distinctive character of Mizunara oak and a lingering, elegant finish.
