We’re investing in a new production roaster — the Roest P3000, a precision-built system designed to help us scale in a controlled, consistent way without compromising quality. Importantly, this doesn’t mean moving away from what we do now. We’ll still be roasting on our Aillio machines, continuing the small-batch approach that got us here. The Roest simply allows us to ramp up production reliably, while keeping everything tasting exactly as it should.
