Leg of Lamb - Boneless
Fresh Ontario Lamb from Newmarket Meat Packers. Season lamb and place in roasting pan. Cook at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Turn down to 350 degrees and cook for 1 hour. The internal temperature should be 135 to 140 degrees. Available plain or marinated in parsley garlic or rosemary & lemon.
