While Elias has dedicated nearly two and a half decades to coffee farming, about five years ago he decided to transition from traditional commercial production to specialty coffee. Supported by expert agricultural guidance, Elias transformed his early, trial-and-error methods into a precise operation driven by best practices across every stage of the harvest.
