FANDANGO 2025 Naramata Bench Sub GI Lone Hand Ranch and Naramata Outlook Vineyard, 100% Certified Organic This is our 16th vintage of the unique and only blend of 54% Albariño and 46% Verdejo. TASTING NOTES Bright, textured, and as versatile as ever, the Fandango is the ultimate expression of our Spanish soul on the Bench. This blend captures the aromatic lift of Albariño - white peach and citrus - and grounds them with the mid-palate weight and structure of Verdejo. It’s a dance of brightness and body, finishing clean, dry, and incredibly vibrant. WINEMAKER'S NOTES Albariño (54%) and Verdejo (46%) lots were hand-picked separately across our two Naramata Bench Vineyards, gently, whole-clustered pressed with a small amount of concrete fermentation (Verdejo) and aging (Albariño), and one neutral barrel (Albariño) add some complexity while the remainder of these aromatic whites were cooled and fermented in stainless steel tanks with lees stirring over 5 months.
