Suggested use: Children over 3 years of age: 1.5 g (one and a half scoops) of powder per day. Adults: 3 g (three scoops) per day. Pour the contents into 100 ml of water, stir with a teaspoon for a few seconds and drink. You can also add the powder directly to a meal, e.g. yoghurt. Do not dissolve in hot liquids.
