Wrap the tape around the widest part of your head, approximately ¾ inch (2 cm) above your eyebrows, just above your ears, and encompassing the bump at the back of your head. Record the measurement in centimeters (cm), and repeat the process once or twice to ensure consistency. The Karben helmets are equipped with an adjustable dial-fit system, enabling you to customize the fit within each size range. Use your measurement to determine your size and then adjust the dial to ensure a secure and comfortable fit.
