Strawberry Vanilla Burst is one of the newer additions to the Loco Love range, and the most fruit-forward truffle they make. The centre is a soft, chewy strawberry ganache with a perfect balance of tang and sweetness, infused with hibiscus flower for a deeper red note, and grounded with Bundaberg vanilla bean. The shell is Loco Love's organic dark chocolate, softer at 30% cacao to complement the bright fruit centre rather than overpower it. It tastes like the chocolate version of a strawberry cordial: floral, slightly tart, deeply fragrant, with a richness from the cacao that turns it into something more grown up. Loco Love bars are made without emulsifiers or preservatives, so they soften faster than supermarket chocolate when exposed to heat. We pack carefully, but once a parcel leaves our warehouse we can't control transit conditions.
