Fuerte Avocado is a smooth, creamy avocado with rich flavour, green skin that does not change colour on ripening. Known as one of the classic avocado varieties, Fuerte has a soft texture, mild nutty taste and makes a beautiful smooth guacamole. Fuerte avocado is ideal for toast, salads, guacamole, smoothies, sandwiches, sushi, and healthy cooking. Its creamy texture spreads well and pairs with lemon, sea salt, eggs, chicken, seafood, herbs, and fresh vegetables. Fuerte avocados have thin green skin and a pear-like shape. For best results, let your avocado ripen at room temperature until it gives slightly under gentle pressure. Please Note: It is very early in the Avocado season.
