This 75% coffee bean-to-bar was made with sugar cane decaf produced by the famed Wilton Benitez of Granja Paraiso 92. This particular coffee consists solely of red bourbon from Wilton's farm, which underwent a double anaerobic thermal shock process resulting in bright floral flavours and aromas.
