Yuzu Hot Sauce

This special Japanese sauce is based on yuzu-kosho, vinegar, and yuzu-citrus. The sauce combines the aromatic, bitter notes of yuzu peel with the sharp heat of green chili peppers. Thanks to the addition of vinegar and extra yuzu juice, the sauce has a fresh acidity that balances the spiciness. Taste Zesty, bright, and sharp.
