Tatamagouche – Dolce Vita Saison

Meaning “The Good Life”, Dolce Vita is a tart Belgian style Saison aged in Pinot Noir barrels. Matured with a mixed-fermentation culture, it has bright aromas of pear, Pinot Noir wine, and honeydew melon. Dolce Vita drinks light and effervescent, hitting the palate with vinous flavours that play well with flavours of tart cherries and red berries. Expect medium body, and a near dry finish with notes of almond thanks to its time spent maturing in the oak barrels.
