Brazil Jaguara - Cult
Process: Natural Cupping Notes : Chocolate, Raisin & Nutty Brittle Nestled in the Campo das Vertentes region of Brazil, Fazenda Jaguara is a family-run coffee farm with roots in coffee production dating back to 1950. Since taking over the farm in 2013, André Garcia and Natalia Brito have combined generations of coffee-growing tradition with innovative, sustainable farming practices. Covering 90 hectares, the farm is committed to agroforestry, biodiversity conservation, and environmental responsibility, earning a CO₂ Negative Certificate in 2021. Fazenda Jaguara gained national recognition in 2019 when its innovative "Crazy Coffee" fermentation process secured 5th place in Brazil's prestigious Cup of Excellence competition with a score of 90.47 This coffee is a natural mixed lot. Once harvested, the coffee cherries are naturally processed giving the coffee its classic Brazilian sweetness. Expect a juicy burst of raisin layered over creamy, rich chocolate, with a caramelised nutty brittle finish. We roast these beans medium giving a smooth and balanced coffee which we love on espresso!
