Montessori Cosmic Scope and Sequence - FREE

A free scope and sequence for ensuring you are covering the vast and essential cosmic education of Montessori. This scope and sequence is suitable for homeschoolers and classrooms of children aged 6-12. UPDATED JULY 2022. This is a google doc only This scope and sequence links the Great Stories to their aims and follow up activities. Includes five different spreadsheets on different pages: A spreadsheet with suggested activities linked to the First Great Story A spreadsheet with suggested activities linked to the Second Great Story A spreadsheet with suggested activities linked to the Third Great Story A spreadsheet with suggested activities linked to the Fourth Great Story A spreadsheet with suggested activities linked to the Fifth Great Story An age band is given, this means a lesson is best given in the suggested age range, as children grow in their learning you may wish to go back to a topic and revise it. A child does not need to cover every single concept every single year! A Scope and Sequence should not be used as a checklist! Please follow the child. If the child is interested in something not on this list that is perfectly fine and should be encouraged! This is a google file - please read the instructions carefully.
