The Ubiquiti UniFi Access Intercom Viewer (model UA-Intercom-Viewer-3) is an indoor display designed to work seamlessly with UniFi Access Intercom and Reader Pro devices, providing professional visitor screening and remote access control for residential and commercial buildings. The Intercom Viewer is a display for seamless entry point management in residential and commercial buildings. It enables live visitor screening, two-way communication, and remote door unlocking. In an apartment complex, Access Readers are installed outdoors at entry points, while Intercom Viewers are placed indoors for tenant access control. The tenant uses the Intercom Viewer to see and communicate with the visitor via audio or live video, and can remotely unlock the door.
