Syrah & Grenache bottled in magnum format exclusively The fruit comes from two sources: 60% Grenache from Waterleliefontein in Bot River, and 40% Syrah from the Polkadraai vineyard on Danie Carinus’s farm in Stellenbosch. The 2025 vintage was a dry, cool and largely heat-free season across both regions, producing fruit with exceptional acidity, vibrant flavour and excellent colour development in the reds. Elegant and perfumed on the nose – white pepper, cherry and blackcurrant – with a fresh, supple palate showing sweet spices and cranberry before a focused finish.
