The session begins with 15 minutes of puppy meet-and-greet time, giving you the chance to get to know the puppies, take photos and enjoy plenty of cuddles before the class starts. You'll then take part in a 30-minute Pilates session led by a qualified instructor. The class focuses on controlled, low-impact movements designed to improve core strength, balance, posture and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels, the exercises can be adapted to suit beginners and those with previous Pilates experience. Throughout the session, the puppies will be free to explore the space, creating plenty of playful and memorable moments. After the workout, you'll enjoy a dedicated 15-minute puppy cuddle session. This is your opportunity to relax, spend more time with the puppies and enjoy some final snuggles before heading home. Our Puppy Pilates classes offer a fun and welcoming environment where you can enjoy the benefits of movement while spending time with some very special four-legged companions.
