This Sudan Rume from Finca La Riviera is a variety that has been carefully cultivated for over 11 years. Originating from an Ethiopian/Sudanese lineage, the unique conditions at Finca La Riviera, high altitudes with rich, young soils, create the perfect environment for this exceptional coffee. Following a classical washed protocol. Our tasting/cupping notes for this second coffee come from our Q Grader, Monika. She'll always find at least 7 or 8 aromas, taste notes etc and then select the three she finds most pronounced to put on our bags. For this coffee she selected Floral, Orange and Milk Chocolate.
