2023 Bella’s Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2023 Bella’s opens in the glass with aromas of cranberry cocktail and warm, Spring rains falling on the crush pad. The tightly wound tannin core is like a sprinter in the starting blocks, having already “Ready...” and “Set...” and just waiting for the starter’s pistol to unfurl its muscular frame and “GO!!!” The condensed tannin and fruit essences fakes the senses into a sweet sensation. When drawn out on the finish though, this glacéed exhibition is extended into a slatey palate with lilting fruit aromatics that echoes the seriousness of this bottling.
