This Feelings Chart Rainbow is designed to help recognize, label, and communicate emotions using a visual support. By increasing emotional self-awareness, individuals can better understand their experiences, communicate their needs, and access coping strategies when needed. Objective: Students will use a feelings chart to identify, communicate, and increase awareness of their emotions in order to better understand their experiences and communicate their needs.
