Communication Variscite Card (AC10023) | PAK-201065

The Variscite Card (AC10023) is the small computer module that runs the internet and app side of 2020+ Arctic Spas Custom Series tubs with the Eco (Linux) pack. It mounts onto the pack's Linux Processor Card and runs the spa's onboard Linux system — the Ethernet jack, USB port, and SD card slot all live on this card, and it's what connects your spa to myarcticspa.com and the mobile app. When to replace it: The card's green heartbeat light (left edge of the board) stays dark after a power cycle, or the spa keeps dropping its connection or reporting firmware 0.0.0.0 even after a USB firmware reload. Your spa still heats and runs without it — this card only handles the smart/connectivity side. Will this fit my spa? Yes, on 2020+ Custom Series Arctic Spas with the Eco (Linux) pack. Good to know: the factory now ships replacement Linux Processor Cards without this module — if your LPC is the failed part, your existing Variscite card transfers onto the new LPC.
