Unlike conventional potting epoxies that demand bone-dry conditions, EP2040 achieves outstanding adhesion and a dependable cure across properly prepared damp concrete, metals, fibreglass, masonry, and rigid plastics. Formulated specifically for emergency electrical maintenance and wet-area encapsulation, EP2040 cures into a tough, high-build, non-sag waterproof barrier. It insulates electrical components against water ingress, severe corrosion, continuous vibration, and environmental contamination across industrial, marine, mining, and outdoor facilities. High-Build Non-Sag Formula: Mid-high viscosity (~6,000–8,000 cP) enables vertical application, gap filling, and cable gland sealing without running.
