The stainless dome lid that turns your K40 kettle into an indoor brewhouse or still. Swap the flat kettle lid for a 304 stainless dome with two working Tri-Clamp ports: a 2" center port for the condenser column or still, and an angled 3" sight port to watch the boil. The only number that matters for fit is the opening diameter, not the volume: it fits brewing systems and kettles with a Ø345–355 mm opening — direct match: K40 kettles (Ø350 mm opening). 2" TC center port — takes the 2" Steam Condenser Kit directly, no adapters — or a 2" pot-still column. Angled 3" TC sight port — tilted toward you, so you look into the boil instead of across it. 304 stainless, 1.0 mm, matt polished — with two silicone handles for safe lifting. The 3" sight port takes a standard 3" TC sight glass or blind cap (not included).
