LLZTO exhibits high ionic conductivity of 10-4 – 10-3 S/cm at room temperature, making it one of the most promising candidates for solid-state batteries. LLZTO is compatible with high voltage cathodes (e.g. high-Ni NMC) and lithium metal, due to its wide electrochemical window.
