A Baroque Panelled Pine Wall Cabinet, Norway, 18th Century

A rustic panelled cabinet in pine, raised on a moulded plinth beneath a projecting cornice with shaped ears. The pair of doors each fitted with geometric stepped mouldings forming two raised lozenge panels, opening to a fitted interior, with iron lock plate and hinges and later iron hanging brackets to the top. Warm honey patina throughout. Good antique condition with wear consistent with age and use.
