A juicy, easy drinking Barossa GSM with bright fruit, savoury structure and plenty of value. Made from 60% Shiraz, 21% Mataro and 19% Grenache, with fruit sourced largely from the vineyards surrounding Whistler’s cellar door. Shiraz brings depth and ripe blue fruit, Grenache adds plenty of juicy red berry character, while Mataro provides earthy savoury notes and gentle structure. The result is a medium bodied red that is generous without feeling heavy, with enough freshness to make it particularly versatile. A natural barbecue companion, it also works beautifully served slightly chilled on warmer days. Try it with grilled sausages, burgers, lamb or smoky vegetables.
