King CF100RU Fully Automatic InLine Cotton insertion machine rated at 100 bottles per minute depending upon cotton insertion length. All stainless steel design and complete with bottle indexing. Inserts up to 9″ of cotton in inverted U form and will handle cotton wool rope 3 to 26 grams per meter. W/hand crank adjustment for various container heights. Capable of: 20 – 100 containers per minute, pending feed methods. Proper change parts neck size range: 10 to 50 mm. Container size range: (diameter) 3/4″ to 3″ (height) up to 7 7/8″. Machine has been well maintained, tested and is in good running condition.
