A three-piece upholstered seating suite comprising one settee and two armless lounge chairs, attributed to Pierre Jeanneret and produced for institutional use in Chandigarh. Each piece is constructed with a deep upholstered seat and inclined back, supported by exposed hardwood legs with characteristic splayed and cross-form profiles. The painted inventory markings read approximately “P.E.C./Library” with individual seating numbers and “D.O.P./23.11.1965,” indicating acquisition or inventory registration by the Punjab Engineering College Library, Chandigarh, on 23 November 1965.
