A high-quality silicone mold with the shape of a Langoustine , designed by Håkon Solbakk*. The mold features 5 shapes and is made from 100% food-grade silicone. To create the tuille, a matching Langoustine cutter set is included. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +200°C, making it suitable for use in both (shock) freezers and ovens.
