Vintage Jim Matthews Clay Stoneware Studio Art Pottery Persian Cat-Shaped Wall Hanging Plaque Picture - Made in England

I couldn't find many of these online, and couldn't find this specific style either. The ones I could find had either sold or they were peoples' personal collections that they had posted images of in a pottery forum. Apparently Jim Matthews taught pottery at a college in England in the 1970s and 1980s and then would also sell his pottery (he seemed to love cats!) at craft markets. There is a cut out area on the back where you can hang from the wall but you could also put on an easel, lean, or lay it flat. 10.25" tall to the tip of the ear and 9.75" across at the widest part along the bottom.
