The model in the photos is 7 1/2 and it fit her so it seems to be pretty true to size but please check all measurements to ensure fit Chest - 12" pit to pit, stretches to 14" Waist - approximately 10.5" across, stretches to 12" Hips - 11.5" across, stretches to 14" Leg Opening - 7.25" across, stretches to 8.75" Shoulder to Crotch - 20.5", stretches to 22.5" Condition - I found one tiny spot on the front. The print is pretty busy so it doesn't stand out too much in my opinion.
