Relic 4 Enamel Pin or Pendant

A strange little device found in floating ruins while traveling the galaxy. There seems to be pattern forming here of some kind.. I wonder where these little objects came from and what was their purpose? When I put this one together with the first, they seem to propel each other in a way I can almost feel.
