2025 Black Reef Blush Our Blush is a multi-varietal blend of 100% Hawke’s Bay fruit including the teinturier contribution of Chambourcin | select parcels of whole berries are skin soaked before being gently pressed & cold settled | clean juice is carefully racked off solids for fermentation | component wines are blended to achieve crisp, summer sweet red fruit combinations.
