Venini 3 tier, Tronchi chandelier attr. to Toni Zucceri, Italy 1970s

This vintage chandelier, based on the glasswork, was designed by Toni Zucceri and made in the 1970s by Venini. The Murano glass shades are the famous Tronchi, which means “trunk,” as they imitate its shapes. The chandelier’s dimensions are 88 cm in height and 32 cm in diameter. The chandelier features a composition of cylindrical glass tubes arranged in a cascading, tiered formation on a metal frame. It is composed of three levels with 24 Murano crystal canes. Glasswork allows light to refract beautifully, creating a warm and diffused atmosphere. This chandelier would make a stunning focal point in a contemporary or vintage-inspired interior. Due to the 9 lighting points, the amount of warm, gentle light it gives to a room is incredible. It becomes a fountain of golden light once lit, but it is very decorative while the lights are not on. Additional information: it requires 9 E14 bulbs, consists of 12 glass tubes, height 16 cm and diameter 6 cm, consists of 12 glass tubes, height 31 cm and diameter 6 cm. The chandelier remains in very good vintage condition. The metal surface is covered with a natural patina, developed over time, which enhances its character and serves as a testament to the lamp’s age and originality.
