From Kiambu in Kenya, this is the "summer coffee" from Oslo-based roastery Kaffa. Normally we'd say that they are "one of" the best roasteries in Norway, but currently they are the undisputed best, having won both the Nordic Roasters Challenge and the Norwegian Roasting Championship, through head-roaster Trude Løken. Kaffa has always been known for delivering consistently high-quality coffee, and they're setting a high bar for smaller roasteries like Kaffi to follow. Rhubarb, wild strawberries and brown sugar.
