Vintage 1960s Finnish Silver & Tiger's Eye Modernist Style Brooch 1965

Vintage 1960s Finnish silver brooch set with a square tiger's eye stone. The brooch has a strong geometric design, with a grid-like silver front, recessed square sections and a textured border and matt finish. The warm brown tiger's eye stone sits slightly off-centre, giving the brooch a very mid-century modernist feel. A lovely piece of Finnish vintage jewellery with clean lines and a bold architectural look. Size: 4.6cm x 3.8cm Hallmarks: Pentti Oksanen makers mark, Finnish crown mark, 813H for 813 silver, Jyväskylä city mark, date letter M7 for year 1965 This has been cleaned ready to wear.
