Manzanilla is a style of Fino Sherry from the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The unique climate of this town enables a very special flor to grow year-round and create an especially delicate Sherry reminiscent of the ocean. Grab some spanish olives (or if none available, other olives will do), sardines & crackers, fish pate, tunafish out of can, etc and pair with this lovely fino sherry.
