Identify targets in electron microscopy, cryo-EM and cryo-ET with a label that also carries a fluorescent signal. tiliPOINTER combines AF647 dyes, anti-rabbit binding and one or three gold nanoparticles on a DNA nanostructure. Fluorescence helps locate a target or region of interest; gold provides electron contrast. The three-particle row points towards the binding end, adding a recognizable geometry for connecting the label with its molecular surroundings. Choose your format tiliPOINTER-1: one 10 nm gold nanoparticle. tiliPOINTER-3: a row of three 10 nm gold nanoparticles. Stabilization: standard or ruggedized.
